About Jess

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by what makes people feel happy and whole. I studied psychology and neuroscience in college because I wanted to help people heal from the inside out. At the time, I believed the only path forward was through psychiatry and medication. But deep down, I couldn’t ignore the nagging truth: despite all the prescriptions, despite all the protocols, so many people still weren’t getting better.

That realization hit close to home, too.
As a teenager, I struggled with an eating disorder, body image issues, and the painful cycle of anxiety, low moods, and self-criticism. Later, I faced my own health struggles after years on birth control — fatigue that never lifted, irregular cycles, breakouts, headaches, and feeling like a stranger in my own body. I did what we’re told to do: I trusted the system, I followed the advice, and yet I still felt worse.

At the same time, I was questioning so much of what I had been taught in school and in medicine. Why were foods our ancestors thrived on suddenly “dangerous,” while ultra-processed alternatives were pushed as “healthy”? Why were symptoms being silenced rather than understood? Why weren’t we asking why people were struggling in the first place?

Those questions led me down the path of holistic healing. What began as a personal search for answers turned into a calling. I discovered that mental health isn’t “all in your head” — it’s deeply connected to the body, especially the gut, hormones, and metabolism. When those systems are supported, mood begins to stabilize, energy returns, and life starts to feel lighter again.

Today, as an Integrative Metabolic Wellness® Practitioner, I help women who feel dismissed or stuck in the conventional mental health model finally get answers — and real healing. My approach combines compassion, education, and where needed, functional lab testing to uncover hidden imbalances. Instead of covering up symptoms with medications or even endless supplements, I help you understand why your body feels the way it does and what it needs to heal.

My goal is simple:
To validate your experience, remind you that you’re not broken, and empower you with tools and knowledge that create lasting change.

Because you deserve more than just “managing” symptoms. You deserve to feel like yourself again — grounded, vibrant, and free.
