Functional Labs

If you’re “doing all the things” and still not feeling your best, functional lab testing may be for you.

Functional lab work can help to provide an in-depth look at how the body is functioning, and how we can best support healing. Lab analysis provides answers for those that are already practices the foundations — eating nourishing whole foods, getting sunlight, practicing good sleep hygiene, moving their bodies, and reducing toxins and stressors where possible.

Unlike conventional lab testing, functional testing doesn’t seek to diagnose illness, rather it provides insights into possible deficiencies and imbalances in the body before disease develops. Rather than comparing to a broad population (including many unwell individuals), functional testing uses much narrower ranges, comparing only to a healthy population — we’re going for thriving, not merely surviving.

All prices listed include a video presentation going over your results and protocol, a protocol summary document, and 1 follow-up email for questions and clarifications.
